Women's Capacity Building Initiatives

 

The organization implements a range of training programs aimed at empowering women and enhancing their leadership and livelihood skills. These initiatives include forming and strengthening Self-Help Groups (SHGs), building financial literacy through financial management training, and providing knowledge on cooperative formation and bylaws. Women are also trained in bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records and in entrepreneurship to encourage self-employment and the establishment of small businesses. Through these capacity-building efforts, women gain confidence, economic independence, and an active role in community development.
